The hotel will have a minimum of 150 rooms, and feature spa facilities. Facilities for year-round activities will be established in this area. The main road between the lower station and the upper area will be built through the cabin field in such a way that all units will have favourable ski-in and ski-out opportunities for both downhill and cross-country skiing. Emphasis will be placed on the bed capacity at both the cabins and apartments being made available for rent.
